Prism (OYO) to Acquire Netherlands-Based Fletcher Hotels
Strengthening Its European Hospitality Presence
Prism, formerly known as OYO, is expanding its international hospitality business as its investment arm, Sunday PropTech, agrees to acquire 100% of Netherlands-based Fletcher Hotels.
